Hogwash
The Holland community development strategy report is more Hogwash. Same people trying to further the agenda of their friends. The report is so full of untruths and inaccuracies as to make it useless.
Twenty homes for the seniors on a 2 acre lot next to the senior center? What water and septic can you put on a 2 acre lot for 20 apartments.
Development for commerce in our environmentally sensitive conservancy zone. Citizen Participation is only allowed using existing folks in the town hall. Most of whom have been corrupted in the landgate action.

Who put the strategy together?? It mentions new recreation fields? Where? I think the First Item on the list of Holland strategy should be to install ethical officials who are not out for personal gain.

The strategy as outlined benifits the friends and families of our officials much more than it benifits our residents. As I said.. More Hogwash. I think I will call the selectmen during the call in section of their next meeting that they mentioned in their strategy report. There is no input allowed from residents other than those already working intimatly with our current Selectmen.
We should working to develope a plan where Holland can sustain itself and its residents during an extended crisis by providing incentives to produce food as well as sustainable solar, and wind power for the housing stock we already have. Our elementary school should be cutting edge and if it is regionalized then the other town should not expect Holland to foot the entire bill like we have thus far.
The bare minimum and number one goal should be input from citiens who are not all acting like pigs in a feeding frenzy at the trough.
I know it is too much to ask for. But one can hope after all .....

I WANT NAMES !!!
I READ THE BOGUS HOLLAND STRATEGY REPORT..I WANT NAMES. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE IN THE PARAGRAPH BELOW FOR THOSE OF US ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FORTRESS HEADQUARTERS AT 27 STURBRIDGE ROAD. IT SAYS WE CITIENS ARE THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE.

"Two groups are particularly important to the present CD strategy. This year’s citizen’s advisory committee is composed of the chairman of the council on aging; members of the planning and zoning board of appeals; the town’s treasurer; a member of the senior housing development committee; and two of the three selectmen."

ARE ANY OF THOSE PEOPLE NAMED AS DEFENDANTS IN ANY LAWSUITS ? DO THEY HAVE FRIENDS OR RELATIVES WHO STAND TO GAIN BY THE STRATEGY? THEY CALL IT A CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND THEN STACK IT UP WITH THEMSELVES FOR THE LONG TERM STRATEGY OF OUR TOWN...WHAT HAPPENED TO REAL CITIZENS NOT STEALING FROM THE TOWN OR RELATED OR ASSOCIATED BEING PUT ON THE COMMITTEE... PLEASE PVPA THIS COMMITTEE DOES NOT SPEAK FOR THE CITIZENS OF HOLLAND. THEY SPEAK FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL GAIN AND AGENDA'. TO ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY READING THIS....PLEASE HELP HOLLAND..YOU HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE NOW..ARREST EARL JOHNSON..YOU SENIORS WHO SUPPORT EARL WILL STILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IN THE VENERABLE MANNER YOU DESERVE....STOP SUPPORTING THIS TYRANT, YOOU DON'T NEED HIM TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. ANY CITIZEN KNOWS ENOUGH TO RESPECT THE SENIORS AND DOES NOT HAVE TO BE CORRUPT TO TAKE CARE OF YOU.
