Ok this is rediculous. Property damage to a stump.??? You have got to be kidding. To charge a person for damaging their own property. What is this world comming to. Police were angry because Haney gave em the slip while in a drunken stupor thus depriving them of the evidence of his drunkenness. Good one Alex. You will get caught sooner or later though. So then they call in the dogs and invade a private home under the guise of caring about Haneys health. I can understand the Officers frustration at a drunk driver who escaped but that does not give them the right to violate property rights or to file false charges. The police could have obeyed the law and got a warrant. Haney is a bug but he outwitted the Police on this one. Oh yea he scratched a stump and hurt some grass. Crime of the century here. Great job on human resources to whom ever hired Alex to work for the town.

Sounds like he meets all the qualifications to run the front end loader around the school kids. At the same time I would like to take this opportunity to nominate him for "dad of the year". No wonder why Brian hired him, he fits right in with all the other CRIMINALS running our town into the ground. I think maybe we should give him 12 acres of town owned land just like Brian received.... He deserves it.
