Town Caucus

Don’t forget the town caucus this coming Tuesday April 14 at 8:00 p.m. The event will take place at the Holland Elementary School. There is a total of 18 positions up for election. The most important position is the position for selectman. Christian Petersen’s term is ending this year. Click here to see the caucus notice. The file is a pdf file and not a doc file as posted on the official town web page. Do not attempt to open the file on the town’s official website as your computer will freeze-up! To post a doc file on a webpage is a NO-NO. The only option you have is to download the doc file posted on the official web site to your computer and then to open the downloaded file.

Johnsonville Caucus
I went to the Caucus last night and it was good to see the core group of Papa Peetee's followers were there.

Earl does not even try to hide the fact that he is the puppet master.
He was very possesive and went so far as to re open a closed nomination to remove a person that had been nominated because Peety did not like the choice that hed been voted on and closed.

That will be another lawsuit for Holland as they can not reopen nominations once they have been voted on and closed..

Everytime a candidates name was put forward that Earl did not like he would be there with another name so his minions could protect his choice.

Now that they stacked the deck again i guarantee you that most of the straw names used to block progress in the town will withdraw their nominations.
Evil Earl was very possesive of the 3 planning board seats because he will need them to push the environmental time bomb of the flying J.
We have 364 days till the next caucus.

No body outside of sitting town officials and their families even bothered to show up. Holland gets what it deserves.

Papa Peetee followers not very many
Just FYI - 44 voters attended & acted on nominations @ the caucus which shows the Papa Peetee followers aren't very strong in numbers. I recognized close to 10 E. Johnson opponents so 33 (maybe less) EJ followers is a very small group of supporters out of all the residents in this town. People (including me and my neighbors) are slowly wising up and drifting away from his tyranny.

Peety Followers Dwindling?
Hey witnessed it all...What caucus were you at? As far as I recall there were only 3 people there voting against the Johnson Gang. I was one of them. For you to say there were 10 opponents of Johnson you must have been counting the 3 of us more than once.
So what are you saying? Are any of you or your neighbors willing to get involved and maybe put your names up to fill the assessors seat that the Earl of Johnsonville occupies?
