Insanity

Karen Raymond, abutter of the hillside property owned by North East Concepsts Inc. and farmed by James LaMountain. seems to be the only individual catering to chairman of the Board of Selectmen James Wettlaufer's personal vendetta towards James LaMountain. Groundhog Day
The only time Wettlaufer and company obey the law is when it suits their position. They are no better than schoolyard bullies or hired thugs. They and their families should not be allowed to eat due to their interference with protected agriculture. I too wonder why the town hired a very expensive Springfield Attorney to file this newest salvo of impotent accusations.
But in their complaint at # 10 the Fire Chief has hung himself and I am demanding he do time for lying under the pains and penalties of perjury. Maybe that will send a message to our officials that they can not manufacture stories based in fiction and present the stories to the Court as fact in an attempt to influence judges. I have seen lying under oath to be a common practice utilied by many officials and it sickens me to look at these corrupt individuals. Also in the complaint the fire chief admits violating the orders of the Housing Court in this burning issue by refusing to issue permits as ordered by the judge.
The entire reason they do this is because they do not think I should live here in Holland. I do not think they should eat.
Anyhow this saga is like the movie groundhog day. Chad has even started playing the piano.

Bambi is in Danger
Ok yeah know what! I'm sick and tired of the both sides of this on going saga! Jim if you can recall not that long ago you lit one of your "small fires" on your property or your "farm" as you call it, and the fire became so out of control the Holland Fire Department had to respond! The fire was racing up the hill towards the homes that abudt your property! Not only did the Holland Fire Department respond but so didnt the Union Ct,Brimfield,State Forrest Fire, and the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services! It was big Jim and you should be fortunate no homes were lost in the raging blaze that you call a controled brush burn!I hate to say it Jim but you and your "farmers" are far too risky when it comes to burning brush! Jim I'm not talking sides and dont take it that way! I believe a couple...not all three of the selectman have some issues and they need to get over things and move on! But this Jim might be a legit fight! When you burn not only is bambi in danger but also anything within close proximaty of your "farm".

False Information
Again More BS. The burn you are talking about is the Twinning Burn of April 2008? Permission to Ignite that burn was given by Holland Fire Company. Also the permit was NOT I repeat NOT issued to our Farm and the Fire Chief was told personally by me when he issued the permit that neither me nor my farm would accept any responsibility for any burns under the Twinning Permit. Ok That is how it happened. There are witnesses to what I say being true. Now Wettlaufer spun it and made a false report to the DEP that I conducted a non permitted burn on that day igniting the entire hill on fire. I have his E Mail.
(Wettlaufer also told alot of lies to us about the police chief and his resignation, Lying is a tool Wettlaufer uses quite often). So listen up. The fire in question happened during an extreme dry period where brush fires were everywhere that month. Google fires spring 2008 central ma and see for yourself. Holland should NEVER have authorized the Twinning Burn to happen.
It was a fire break cut into the hill at the 270 elevation where that fire was defeated. I pushed the apparatus up the hill with my heavy equipment and our farm hands volunteered and worked alongside the fire departments mentioned that day too. All involved did a great job and the scorched area was around 2 acres. Wettlaufer reported that 75 acres was burning to the DEP.
So whomever wrote the above post is doing nothing more than putting forth more false information supplied by town officials. Nowhere does the above post by "only you"have anything to do with fact.
But thanks for trying to influence people with false information. Your IP address will be noted.J

Bambi
Bambi, I think that maybe your view might be slightly obstructed by your ass. It was a permitted fire and it was no wheres near anyones homes! Tell us another story... Obviously if it were up to someone like you, we'd bring the brush to the brush dump. Why don't you tell us what you'd like us to so we don't have to worry about getting hurt in the slash from the timbers being harvested? And we were planning on eating Bambi anyway.

Permit Law
Hey the Fire Chief and police Chief told Richard McKeen it is ok to Burn Here i s the LAW.
The General Laws of Massachusetts
PART I. ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT
TITLE XVI. PUBLIC HEALTH, CHAPTER 111. PUBLIC HEALTH, NUISANCES

Chapter 111: Section 142L. Agricultural burning
"Section 142L. Notwithstanding the provisions of sections one hundred and forty-two A to one hundred and forty-two E, inclusive, the burning of tree prunings, diseased plant materials, and brush from land clearing operations, which are the direct result of the normal commercial pursuit of agriculture, as defined in section one A of chapter one hundred and twenty-eight, shall be allowed subject to the permission of the local fire chief which need not be in writing. Said permission shall be based solely upon whether or not appropriate meteorological conditions exist to ensure safe burning. "

Holland has close to a hundred of thousand of dollars because Wettlaufer and Johnson do not agree with the above Law which says the Chief "shall" issue a permit based "soley" upon meteorological conditions.
Our fire chief is rewarded by selectmen when he jumps to stop our legal fires.
Also if they stopped interfereing with our burns and we could conduct 3 or 4 a year or so the burns would be miniscule in size. Fire is a tool no diffrent than a tractor. The carbon ashes are a great natural fertilizer for our fields and the Environmental footprint of burning verses chipping is as the difference between the footprint of an elephant ws the footprint of a hummingbird.
Johnson and Wettlaufer familys should not be allowed to have access to any agricultural commodities.

MMMMMM........
Just sent eldest son to Blood Farm a USDA slaughterhouse in West Groton Ma. Picked up 1/2 of a fresh kill from our Oxford Farm. Over 750 lbs of Prime Beef. Enough to feed the boys for a year.
So we use to go to Sterns and Pioneer slaughterhouses but recently the weight was coming up a couple hundred pounds short of what we thought. Maybe they use a diffrent kill and cut method who knows.
I recommend "Blood Farm" of W Groton Ma for all your Slaughter needs. They do a good job on the packaging and the meat can be retailed if you want as it is USDA inspected.

Brush Fires
I just Googled "brush fires" Spring 2008 central ma. LaMountain tells the truth. There were flare ups and fires all over central ma in 2008. Why did our fire department allow the Twinning burn to be lit. I was there fighting the fire and I know the Twinning burn was permitted.
Don't listen to the lies. by the guy who says Bambi is in Danger. I am not taking sides here just telling the truth. It makes me wonder what other lies we have been fed about these people by our Selectmen.

SMOKEY BEAR MUST BE GREEN!!!
Hey if that burn was mine or without permission they would have called in a swat team and shot me i am sure. Seriously though, there were never any violation notices or citations issued by anyone because of that burn.
I could not believe it when I was told that permission to ignite had been granted by Holland Fire Department. I even called them to confirm they had given permission. Conditions had never been so dry.

Less than 5 minutes after ignition the wind picked up and flying embers ignited the leaves on the hillside forest floor. It needed to burn anyhow but that was not the day to do it.

We had cut a firebreak uphill for prior farm burns and stopped the fire there. There are no houses up that hill. Only rock. It could have been worse but Paul Foster and I put aside our differences that day and worked together to put men, water, pumps, firetrucks and heavy equipment in front of that fire within 10 minutes of ignition. I gained a new respect for the man that day and am surprised he is refusing to obey a court order.
Read the selectmen's minutes for May- June 2006 and see about Paul Foster. I know he was not going to be re appointed in 2006 until he started to interfere with our protected fires. Now he gets a long term contract and town vehicle to use as well as plumbing in the firehouse. All those things had been denied to him before he started ignoring the law.

FED UP
I'm fed up with all this nonsense and it's going too far..... As a taxpaying voter I need to remind Mr. Wettlaufer and any other officials involved that we put you in office to save us money - not spend out taxes to pay for your ongoing vendetta. Get over it or get out of office. Enough's enough already. Stop spending our hard earned taxes on nonsense!!!!!!!!

dog
Ray are you the dog officer that has had a dog in the Holland pound for four months and our hard earned tax dollars are paying for this dog that has been returned to the pound three or four times

Mis-Direction
Hey Dog... See you are a toen official or you would not have info about who owns dogs in the dog pound, or how long they are there. Your only purpose is to mis direct honest people away from truth. Ray brings up how Wettlaufer and Public officials spend taxpayer monies to further their personal vendettas,
(close to a quarter million dollars to date).

A dog pound is part of the town infrastructure and taxpayers paid for it and a dog officer already. Just trying to shine the light off their own corrupt black souls is all they do. Send them a message. Keep blogging.

Wettlaufer Family
LaMountain is once again spot on. Wettlaufer Family members are listed as water commissioners. Does Wettlaufer get health insurance? Is it a family plan. Does Wettlaufer get a pension? Did WettlAufer lie to us about the Police Chief inventory saying it is normal to have state Police do it and change the locks. Wettlaufer could have said "no comment when he told SEN that it was normal to bring in outsiders to inventory evidence. What else does this man lie to us hardworking honest taxpayers about?
And why has Earl Johnson been so silent about the former Police Chief going to Jail. I KNOW Mr Johnson and Kevin Gleason were very good friends. And Johnson-Gate documents listed on this website are clear as to the Johnson Motivation in holding town offices.
We residents are being screwed by these officials. Lets vote em all out.
